Creamy Chicken and Vegetables
Serves 6-8
This hometown recipe brings out the vegetable's flavor using your slow cooker. The gravy is prepared in just minutes and slow cooked to absolute perfection.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 6 cups potatoes (cubed)
- 6 cups carrots (sliced)
- 2 chopped medium onions
- 2 teaspoons of thyme
- 1 can of chicken gravy
- 1 can of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of water
Here's how...
- Place all ingredients in the Crock Pot Slow Cooker, vegetables first.
- Stir in gravy.
- Stir in water.
- Cook on low for 10 hours. Make sure the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are nice and tender before serving.
